Very cute packaging could have been better for gift giving

I rarely leave a less than thrilled review on Etsy but I was very dissappointed with this necklace. First of all, it was much smaller and lighter in weight than I hoped and I felt like it would bend or the chain would snap very easily. Second, I could not really read the name very well, it looks like OunOun. It says "CanCan" but the C's look more like O's so I should have really paid more attention to the font I guess. I felt like the box it came in was a little cheap also.

Beautiful necklace, however I paid all of that money and it came knotted. Unable to get it out and will have to take it to a jeweler now.

This necklace is so well made it’s absolutely beautiful!!!
