There was an issue with the post office indicating it had been delivered - when it wasn’t. The item arrived a day afterwards - as described. Other than the issue with the post office, everything was great!

My aunt loved this. It was so personal, a classy gift with a lot of thought.

It is very pretty, however very tiny. The flower is hard to identify. The letters of name are very small. All in all I still liked it for my granddaughter.
