The seller made a mistake with my order. When contacted, she apologized for the confusion. I wasn't confused. I know what I ordered. She made a mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but she never apologized or acknowledged her mistake. Instead she immediately asked for the bracelet back without telling me how she would correct her mistake. I told her I would send the bracelet back, but I asked if she would be paying for postage. I didn't feel I should have to pay to send back her mistake. Evidently, she didn't feel she needed to. Ultimately, I had to pay another $10 just to get the bracelet I ordered. Then I had to wait a couple more weeks for the corrected order. The bracelet was a gift, which is now very late. Also the writing on the new order is about half the size so my elderly aunt will probably not be able to read it.
