Unfortunately I never received the product. I filed for missing mail and asked that this vendor file for the insurance since it was insured. I asked for another necklace but after waiting for 6 weeks, I still don’t have what I ordered. Another tracking number was sent to me, but it sat for days not even being picked up. Now it says that tracking number doesn’t exist. I communicated back and forth, but there is still no resolution. I am tired of getting the run around. Do not order from this vendor if you want to actually receive what you ordered.

I lOVE this necklace! Exactly what I was looking for! Dainty and elegant:) great quality! Also customer service was excellent! There was a little shipping delay and I was worried if it would get here in time for a wedding and she was very nice and helpful with updates and with any questions and concerns I had.

I purchased this for my niece’s high school graduation gift. Dainty and perfect for everyday wear.
