High quality and beautiful. Exactly what I wanted

I purchased this necklace a few years ago from this seller and it was time to replace. I asked for the exact same design as before when I ordered it (I put in the notes section the specific one I wanted), as the picture of this design is still up on the site as an option. I was sent a different design that I did not want (the seller apologized and said her assistant overlooked that part). The seller said they changed the design due to past feedback and told me I could pay a shipping fee to send it back and she would send the correct one. I really don't think its fair to ask me to pay the shipping charge, when I specifically asked for the first design, that is displayed on her site, she says that she has and will send to me, but I would need to pay the shipping for their mistake. Very distasteful customer service in my opinion.

This is my third time buying a necklace from this seller. I always love the way they come out!
