Very unhappy. I was a repeat customer. The order was confusing and while mistakes were made unknowingly on my end (because of the confusing nature of the customization.) They were unreasonable and not willing to correct it. This is not the way to do business I will not order from them again. Also, my order was Palestine in Arabic to honor the fallen family members of my friends in Gaza. I would think a company like this would also like to honor their memory and not try to get more money from me for a "discounted" price.

Person I got it for as a gift loved it, she has never had anything with her name on it before
