Beautiful necklace. Exactly as ordered.

Really cute and my daughter loves it.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase from this company. I ordered a gold necklace with a name on it as a special Christmas gift, but what I received was beyond disappointing. The chain is so thin and fragile that it feels like it could snap at any moment, and the name is so microscopic it's barely visible. This was supposed to be a meaningful gift, but instead, I'm left embarrassed and scrambling to redo it elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality or craftsmanship. Save your money and go elsewhere. The chain doesn’t fit, I can’t replace the chain because the name is so small. This is just honestly the worst purchase I have ever done. I would truly want my money back. If I knew this was what was being purchased I would have never bought this. If I could give this a -5 star I would.

I really love my necklace and have not taken it off since getting it. My personalization is perfect!!
