I ordered five 14k rings and previously one 8k ring for my sister. My sister’s ring was stamped 8k accordingly but I noticed my 14k rings weren’t so I contacted the seller. They said they don’t stamp 14k rings for eye pleasure or something, of which I find rather odd. However I have not yet gifted my sister her 8k ring and was able to compare mine to hers; and my rings are visibly richer in gold color as to be expected with a higher gold content. Had I not had my sister’s ring to compare to, I wouldn’t be able to help but question the gold content without asking a local jeweler. So I could see how that might be problematic to other customers. Aside my rings are a super nice upgrade from my previous ones and overall I’m very happy with them.

I got this ring for my sister as a baby shower gift and she LOVES it, as do I. I’ll be ordering myself a few of these to replace my old rings that have my kid’s names on them. The price is right and the shipping is speedy for being custom made.

It is a Christmas gift and I think she will love it.

Seller didn't want to help me in changing the ring design before they had shipped it out, saying it was too late, that it was already packed and ready to ship (even though they didn't ship it out until five days after this correspondence). Which is fine, I should have said something sooner. But then I receive the ring and the first letter is illegible. I mention this to the seller, and they finally agree to change the design, so I had to ship it back (at my own expense). They remade the ring for me, which then got lost in transit, and still currently is after more than two weeks of shipping out. The seller wouldn't help me, saying to contact USPS (even though I said I already did) and just copy/pasted tracking info in our messages. I officially lost my patience with them, so I contacted Etsy, and they automatically refunded me.
