Necklace is very pretty and delicate looking. Material used is good quality. I made some changes in my order and seller was extremely helpful and upgraded my order without any additional charges. I ordered it again to give it as a gift.

Seller is extremely helpful and answers quickly. I requested to upgrade my order and was willing to pay but she did it without any additional charge. Chain itself is beautiful and delicate looking but quality material. Recently ordered another chain to gift.

This is a beautiful necklace, and I am very satisfied with it. I did find the chain to be fragile, however. It seems like it could break with a bit of a tug. The crab claw is also a bit difficult to use compared to other clasps. However, the item is so gorgeous that I would probably buy another if I broke this one. Thank you!
