Die Qualität des Rings ist gut und er ist sehr schön gearbeitet. Leider haben die Verkäuferin und ich ein Missverständnis gehabt, weshalb die Größe leider falsch war aber das geht eher auf meine schlechte Kommunikation zurück. Beim örtlichen Juwelier lasse ich die Größe korrigieren. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kundenservice. Schnelle Antworten und das Muster habe ich direkt einen Tag nach Bestellung des Rings erhalten. War als Geschenk für meine Schwester gedacht. Würde ich weiterempfehlen bzw. vielleicht sogar selber noch einen Ring für mich anfertigen lassen.👌🏻
