Item arrived days past the expected delivery date(s). The label was made quick, but never shipped out, although the seller said it did. Terrible CS and time frame but the necklace is as described. It's dainty and cute. I'd recommend buying, but don't expect it to be shipped or arrive on time.

Took awhile to receive the item, but appears to be well made.

This item has had a shipping label made for four days and still has not shipped to my location. They are less than 4 hours away and I still have not gotten a notification that it is actually on the way. I cannot understand how a small business such as this would take their sweet time sending and item when you are in the same state as the buyer and only a few towns over. Have some professional courtesy or stop selling it’s that simple.
