Hello, I received my necklace today with a knot right at the clasp. I noticed it as soon as I got it out of the box. It’s beautiful, but I can’t even wear it! I can’t even contact the seller to see how to handle this.

I brought this same item a couple years back but in the 8kt. I wanted it again but in 14k. Very nice and dainty but I did notice my name plate was smaller than the first one I brought. Still I do like it very much. Makes a nice gift.
