I have tried to reach the manufacturer to let her know the ring is far to small, find out if it can be resized and how I can go about making that happen. I like the ring very much and would like to keep it once it is wearable. I have not gotten a response to my request. Phyllis

BIG PROBLEMS and rings not as expected. Pinky rings are for little fingers. These are over sized. And Christmas gifts are to arrive BEFORE Christmas. These are way too large for the girl’s fingers AND shipment was lost???? And merchant wastold for TWO WEEKS to declare shipment lost. Rings were a special gift for my 2 older granddaughters. But no the replacements were not even SHIPPED to me until New Years Eve. So no “Merry Christmas girls”!! She was difficult to deal with even though I sent her post office documentation that nothing had been shipped. Will not work with this merchant again as I was dismissed and products were NOT as expected. She also was without empathy. The only “offer” made was 10% (which is nothing any more) off a future offer and I had to pay for that offer before she would confirm. No thanks.

I love this ring! It is a classic style and I am likely going to buy another for my sister.
